Embark MS RAPP from the the pier right next to the Norwegian Petroleum Museum and enjoy the comfort of this traditional fishing boat. Head out to the beautiful city islands and take part of the fishing expedition. Your experienced local skipper will steer the course  to the best fishing spots. You will then be given a line and a bait – throw in your line, sit back and enjoy the stunning surroundings. We hope luck will be on your side and you land a catch.

About the boat:

MS RAPP is a traditional wooden fishing boat built in 1913 and powered with a nostalgic 40HP, 1 cylinder, glow head engine which was common in the Norwegian fisheries until the early 1960´s. These vessels are now a rare sight and in recent years RAPP has been carefully renovated and modernized, while still maintaining the essene of it’s past – beautiful wooden hull, decks and the historic motor.

Inside, the former cargo hold has been covered into a cozy heated lounge space which features a large solid oak table where you can sit down and enjoy a conversation with the others, or just soak in the atmosphere.
